The duration of a consulting project varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will work with you to determine a timeline that meets your needs. Our service are provided to our customers at no cost, our fees are paid by the vendors.

Yes, our team will be the point of contact for the RFP/RFI project. We will determine what is the customer solution requires and build rating scale. 

The NexxVision team will reach out to our partner ecosystem for minimum of 3 to 5 vendors to provide a proposal of services. The NexxVision team will handle the evaluations of each vendors, provide a report and rating for each vendor. Based on the results, the vendor list will get narrowed down to the top 3 vendors. 

Next, schedule meeting with the final selected vendors with customer present in the meeting. Either select a vendor or schedule another meeting to further review.

The NexxVision team will handle contract negotiations between customer and vendor. Once contract is signed, our team we will provide installation support until services are handed-off.
